100 Days to Race Day

I'll be racing in my first triathlon in 100 days.
I've got a few things on my mind . . .

  6. Thanks, you guys! I'm excited about the Tri, but also nervous about the unknown. I'm going to swim at the beach at which the race is held a time or two before September so I know what that's like before race day.

    nath, the swimming is going swimmingly. :) I'm swimming 30+ minutes 2x week and I'm gaining confidence. I'll increase to 3x or 4x a week in July and August when the outdoor community pool is open during the week. Right now I'm only using the indoor pool at my gym.
