I can...if the books aren't available. (There used to be that option a few years ago, but we lost it with an upgrade and no one seems to want to bring it back.) I have all my holds frozen (although I still move up the list until I hit No. 1 and that's when my hold is frozen) and I unfreeze them as I go.

Currently reading Archangel's Blade, and it's goooood (and dark), and I've just unfrozen Treachery In Death! Am wondering if Roarke will keep out of this case, but somehow I don't think so :)oranniahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14007355589161084262noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3661609629555743722.post-27997273901717172462012-03-29T03:22:01.520-04:002012-03-29T03:22:01.520-04:00That's so cool that you and your youngest are ...That's so cool that you and your youngest are enjoying the same series. Most of my library ...I hate reading to a deadline! Most of my library books have a 21 day loan period and can be renewed (the genius of reading obscure books is that no one else puts holds on them) but then there are fast reads (7 days and no renewals) or books from the university library (14 days and no renewals). No matter how eager I was to get the book beforehand, once I have a short-term deadline to work to I suddenly find that's the last thing I want to read! Happens almost every time.

Enjoy your loot!Claire (The Captive Reader)https://www.blogger.com/profile/07430380065718826213noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3661609629555743722.post-90128269096249241872012-03-28T16:39:54.240-04:002012-03-28T16:39:54.240-04:00Ooh, I may need to check out that graphic novel se...Ooh, I may need to check out that graphic novel series.
